Hello from England!
Could someone please explain the order process to me?
I was interested to know the total cost of an item from Foto Erhardt but seem to have placed an order by mistake as I now have an order number but have not made any payment.
At what stage in the process am I asked to pay and how do I cancel or postpone an oder?

This is a computer translation of my question - I hope that it makes some sense!

Konnte jemand gefallen, erklären Sie mir den Bestellprozeß?  
Es interessierte mich, die totalen Kosten von einem Stück von Foto Erhardt zu wissen aber zu scheinen, durch Fehler eine Bestellung aufgegeben zu haben, wie ich jetzt eine Bestellzahl habe, aber keine Zahlung gemacht habe.  
Bei welcher Phase im Prozeß ist, ich fragte zu bezahlen, und wie sage ich ab oder verschiebe einen oder?

It doesn´t make any sense, but it´s very funny to read. I´m just kidding everyone can understand what you mean.
I have not ordered  anything from Foto-Erhardt yet. I hope someone can help you with your problem.

Normally you will receive a confirmation of your order via mail.
You can also check the status of your order if you log in the "Kunden-Center"

If you selected "Vorkasse" (=against prepayment) they will send
you a mail if (or when) the article is available.

I suppose "Nachnahme" (=pay on delivery) is not even possible for delivery to  the U.K.

I'm not an employee of Foto Erhardt , so If in doubt, you should send an e-mail via the web form.

Thanks Stefanie for the wind-up! I know that computer translations can be a bit strange unless you know enough of the language to be able to correct it.
Thanks Juergen, it's 'Vorkasse' so I will wait for the e-mail from Foto Erhardt and then decide if I want it.
I have tried to upload my Goggo Avatar picture but it will not do it - any ideas?

OK the digital frame I am interested in is in stock. I asked if I could pay by credit card but Foto Erhardt told me it had to be bank transfer which costs £20 (about 28 Euro). How does someone in Germany pay?

intra European bank transfer have been standardized should cost no more than 3-4 euros.

UK not being in the euro might allow your bank to over charge you...
